Refund Policy

In order to process a return or an exchange, please contact us for a return authorization.

We accepts returns and exchanges within 7 DAYS of delivery. The returned items must be received in new, unused condition, as it was delivered to you.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

We offer easy returns on all orders. To return an item, please contact us and we will generate a return authorization for you. Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from our website. The item(s) must be unused and in original packaging.

RETURN PICKUP

Return Pickup takes 7-10 days as we have to raise the request with our aggregator and then it get assigned to courier partner. As return pickup are done without any packing or paper from customer and courier company has to arrange that packaging of product. This responsibility then lies with courier company to send that package back to us with safety. This procedure takes time and for some Location Return Pickup are not available. We always suggest our buyer to send the goods by local courier to our warehouse.

 To complete an exchange, place a new order for the item you would like. Please contact us with your order number and we will create a return authorization for your previous item. 

REFUNDS 

Once we receive the return order, it will take 3-5 business days for a refund to appear on your statement. If 3-5 business days have passed and you still don’t see a refund, please feel free to contact us at hello@jaibros.com
