The Jaibros.com Gift Card is issued by Hakuna Matata Retail Pvt. Ltd. and can be redeemed only on Jaibros.com for the purchase of CNC machine tools available at Jaibros.com. The Gift Card is valid for 12 Months from the date of issue and cannot be extended beyond that period. Gift Card Sold on 1-Feb-24 will be valid till 31-Jan-2025. The Gift Card unused balance will be refunded on 31-Mar-2025, Same amount will be refunded that was paid to purchase the gift card. Eg. If you buy Rs.105 Gift Card by Paying Rs.100 then you will get Rs.100 Refund only. If the purchase exceeds the Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid by credit card, debit card, net banking, or another payment method accepted on Jaibros.com. The Gift Card is non-transferable, and the cardholder must present the Gift Card at the time of making a purchase. Jaibros.com is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed. And somebody else use it without your knowledge. The cardholder must report any such incident to Jaibros.com immediately. Jaibros.com reserves the right to modify, amend, or terminate the Gift Card program at any time without prior notice. The Gift Card can be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion running on Jaibros.com. Jaibros.com does not guarantee the availability of any particular product or service. And will not arrange any product on special demand. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Gift Card program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of DELHI.
